We are delighted to welcome Ensemble East to our winter series. They are regular contributors to our programmes and always thrill with their musical ability and sensitive musicianship. Led by violinist, Yid-Ee Goh. they present the Finnish composer, Jean Sibelius’ String Trio in G minor and Dvorak’s Piano Quartet in E flat, composed in a few short weeks during the summer of 1889 and combining memorable themes and interesting harmonic turns.
